Essential Oil & Botanical Name:
Lavender Essential Oil - Lavandula Angustifolia (x2 drops)
Petitgrain Essential Oil – Citrus Aurantium (x1 drop)

Base: Rose Water (100% Pure and Natural – Steam Distilled)

Directions For Use:
SHAKE BEFORE EACH USE
Remove cap, then roll the roller ball onto the pulse points, smell the aromatherapy oils with a deep breath in through the nose and replace the cap

About This Blend

This blend has been specifically designed to aid with sleep.

Lavender essential oil is one of the few proven essential oils to assist with sleep, as it has a sedative effect. Lavender has many other beneficial properties such as having a calming effect on the nervous system (relaxant) and reducing blood pressure (hypotensive).  For these reasons, Lavender was a must have ingredient in this blend.

Petitgrain essential oil is a personal favourite of mine. It blends well with rose and lavender, however, this was not the only reason it was included in this recipe.  Petitgrain was chosen as an enhancer, as it is also a relaxant, helping to calm the nervous system, along with the lavender oil.

Rose water was chosen as the base for this blend because it is an all-round aid for health. Rose is known to support with hormone balance and for reducing stress - both of which are essential for good quality sleep! This rose water is distilled only once, meaning that it retains many of the properties found in rose essential oil.

Do not apply essential oil undiluted onto the skin
Avoid sensitive areas e.g. the eyes
Avoid overuse with low blood pressure

Store your blend in the container provided
Store in a cool and dark place and always replace the lid
Keep out of reach from children and animals
Essential oils are flammable, keep away from flames
